About Us

Colin Gray has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. He has lived and worked in the northern suburbs for many years and has an excellent knowledge of the area.  Colin is Facilities Manager of Observation Rise and is the Principal of the Observation Rise Realty real estate company set up to manage the rentals and sales within the complex.

Our full time Property Manager Rebecca Smith joined Observation Rise in early 2009. She has many years experience in Property Management and Tourism working at various resorts across the state and has managed property portfolios in both regional and metro areas.

Callie Fort, our part time Property Manager has an extensive background in Property Management and Sales. Callie has been with Observation Rise for 3 years.

Wendy Ferrier is Observation Rise Realty’s Part time Receptionist and Assistant Property Manager. When not welcoming our guests Wendy is an artist and a fine arts facilitator. Wendy has been with Observation Rise Realty since 2007.
