About Us

Colin Gray has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. He has lived and worked in the northern suburbs for many years and has an excellent knowledge of the area.  Colin is Facilities Manager of Observation Rise and is the Principal of the Observation Rise Realty, the onsite real estate company set up to manage the rentals and sales within the complex.

Our full time Property Manager Helen Steele has many years experience in Property Management and Tourism and has managed property portfolios in both regional and metro areas.

Our part time Property Manager Callie Fort has an extensive background in Property Management and Sales being involved in the industry for over 15 years. Callie has been with Observation Rise for 6 years.

Maggie Sneyd is our part time Receptionist and Assistant Property Manager, Maggie is also a registered Sales Consultant.
