Observation Rise is one of the most convenient and attractive accommodation options on the coast in Western Australia.

Located on the beach at Scarborough, Observation Rise offers an attractive selection of two and three bedrooom apartments which are all in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops and much more. In addition, the complex offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, full and half court tennis courts, gymnasium, spa and much more - the ultimate holiday location.

Every apartment has been expertly designed to maximise the panoramic views of the ocean from every apartment and balcony.

There is a choice of 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom or 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartments which are all fully furnished and equipped to make you feel right at home during your stay. Each apartment has a spa bath, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and laundry with both washer and dryer. Please note our minimum stay is 7 nights. We have recently introduced a ratings systems on our apartments as follows;

Premium - Our premium apartments have undergone renovations and significant redecorating. These apartments generaly have the best ocean views being located either on the higher floors or at the front of the complex.

Superior - Superior apartments generally have not been renovated but have still been tastefully redecorated with quality furnishings. You can still enjoy great views of the ocean from these.

Standard - Generally our standard apartments have not been renovated or redecorated. Furnishings are conservative yet functional. All apartments have ocean views however some of these are slightly obstructed due to the location and orientation of the building

WHAT TO BRING
The apartments are self contained so you may wish to supply your own grocery items upon arrival.  Beach towels are also a good idea as are tennis racquets should you with to use the tennis courts.
