DIRECTOR AND LICENSEE
REBECCA FARRIS
Rebecca has more than 25 years of experience in the property industry working for some of WA’s largest and most respected property developers and builders. Rebecca commenced working with Observation Rise Realty behind the scenes in 2009 and has been a registered Real Estate and Business Sales Representative since 2010.
Rebecca completed her Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management) in 2019 and works across every aspect of the business operations including sales, rentals and holiday accommodation.
Rebecca & David Farris took ownership of the business in 2022 and Rebecca is the Licensee of Observation Rise Realty.
DIRECTOR & GENERAL OPERATIONS
DAVID FARRIS
David has an extensive career spanning facilities management and hospitality and has worked with Observation Rise Realty since 2014. David grew up in the local area and is very familiar with the local beaches and businesses.
He is a Director of the business and is actively involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Observation Rise Realty.
David has been a registered Real Estate and Business Sales Representative since 2016 and completed his Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management) in 2019.

LISA MCKAY
Lisa has an impressive career in property management, having worked in the industry for 25 years. She is highly experienced in all aspects of property management and trust accounting, and her personable and professional approach are highly commended.
Lisa heads up the Property Management operations at Observation Rise Realty and oversees all our short (holiday) and long term properties under management. Lisa has a close rapport with many owners and tenants and this is why many of our owners have chosen Observation Rise Realty to manage their investment for more than 10-15+ years.

Dianne Lloyd
Dianne Lloyd joined the team in 2025 and has an extensive career working with many of WA’s best real estate agencies.
Dianne has an excellent knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and is well versed in the rights and responsibilities of both owners and tenants. Throughout her career Dianne has managed diverse portfolios, trained staff, specialised in conflict resolution and supported disadvantaged communities. She has seen it all throughout her career and maintains her professionalism with efficiency and a great sense for humour – we are delighted she has joined the team.
FOUNDER & SALES GURU
COLIN GRAY
Colin has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 40 years. He has lived and worked in the northern suburbs of Perth for many years and has an excellent knowledge of the local area.
Colin founded Observation Rise Realty back in 2003 and was Principal and Licensee of the business for nearly 20 years before transferring ownership of the business in 2022 to Rebecca and Dave Farris. Colin lived on-site at Observation Rise for more than 15 years and has an unparalleled knowledge of the complex, its residents and it history. Colin has sold more properties within the complex than any other agent.
He is no longer actively involved in the business but you may often spot him in the gym, spa, pool or sauna!

Jen Williams
Jen was the inspiration behind Observation Rise Realty bringing our cleaning division in-house because she always delivers to the highest standards and makes every rental and holiday property shine bright like a diamond!
Jen is a career cleaner and takes so much pride and diligence in her role. She is a super-star and heads up our hyper-efficient team of cleaners who play a very important role in our business.

Zandra Mylrea
Zandra and Jen are best friends and we were delighted when Jen convinced Zandra to join our team!
Zandra has a broad range of skills covering everything from cleaning to maintenance. She has worked in the hospitality industry for many and is a career professional.
Together, Jen and Zandra are a powerhouse duo, full of personality that can make the toughest property sparkle bright!
