Observation Rise Realty had a very busy month with back-to-back holiday bookings over the festive season and many happy guests enjoyed a summer stay at Observation Rise. The busy times were set to continue with the WA borders due to open in early February and many of our regular guests were booked to visit from interstate and overseas.

Circumstances have changed and many of our regular guests are unable to enter Perth so this means we now have some last minute availability across a number of our short stay (holiday apartments). This is great news for anyone in Perth looking for a quieter summer get-away now the holidays are over and kids have returned to school.
