Rental property shortage hits WA

Vacancy rates for rental properties have plummeted to just 2.2% which is three times lower than the peak of 7.3% in 2017 and has prompted a bidding war for some properties across Perth.

Despite challenging market conditions across WA in recent years, Observation Rise Realty has maintained strong rental rates across all of its properties under management and does not currently have any long term properties available for rent.

In addition, Scarborough has been one of the top selling suburbs north of the river in recent weeks so this is great news for property owners and investors.
