World Police and Fire Games 2027 is coming to Scarborough Beach!

The City of Stirling is a Gold Sponsor of the World Police and Fire Games which are coming to Scarborough Beach from the 12 – 27 March 2027!

The Games are expected to attract 8,500 athletes from more than 70 countries, with around 20,000 visitors travelling to Western Australia for 10 days of competition, camaraderie and community spirit.

Several events will take place across the City of Stirling’s spectacular coastline and venues, including:
– Beach Volleyball at Scarborough Beach
– Open Water Swimming along our coastline
– 3×3 Basketball on a pop-up court at Scarborough
– Orienteering in Trigg Bushland
– Surfing at Trigg Beach
– Softball at Mirrabooka

Beyond the competition, athletes and visitors will experience the best of our coastal lifestyle – from ocean swims and sunsets to cafés, restaurants and the vibrant Scarborough foreshore.
